1.Raw Material Selection

Raw material crushing, sieving, and iron removal Mix the clay material to achieve optimal plasticity and ensure molding stability

2.Clay Preparation

Adopting grouting, rolling or billet drawing processes Ensure precise and consistent device shape, with an error of ≤ 0.5mm

3.Forming

Constant temperature and humidity drying room treatment Avoid cracking and deformation to ensure the strength of the billet

4.Drying

Hand trimming the edges of the blank body Ensure a smooth and flawless surface in preparation for glazing

5.Trimming & Polishing

900 ℃ low-temperature vegetarian burning Enhance the strength of the billet for easy subsequent processing

6.Bisque Firing

Mixing environmentally friendly glaze to ensure color stability Support special effects (such as color changing, matte, glossy)

7.Glaze Preparation

Hand glazed or spray glazed process Uniformly cover the surface of the body to ensure consistent thickness of the glaze layer
